With 2017 quickly coming and going, it is now a new year, new us! New year’s resolution are so popular during this time because, what better time to start fresh than a new year? As college students, we take actions based on planning. New Year’s resolutions motivate us to improve our lives and the lives of others. Further, we derive more pleasure from chasing our dreams rather than achieving them. New year’s resolutions are fun! Just about anything can count as a new year’s resolution. If you would like to make a resolution this year, here are some options to consider:

• Save $10 weekly
• Smile more
• Run a mile a day
• Go to class on a regular basis

As a reminder, New Year’s resolutions are not easy. They require an amount of attention and dedication. Don’t worry if you slip up once or twice.
